The only thing holding him back from running the school cross-country was not having sneakers.
Thanks to the Nike shoes, Mark was able to lace up & participate in cross-country.

Celebrating employment opportunities for people with disabilities
We support over 350 people with disabilities and help them gain skills for employment and finical independence. Over 90% of our supported employees have an intellectual disability, and recognising their achievements in their supported workplace is something very special to share with them. Each year we hold a award ceremony that does exactly this. As many of our supported employees are limited in financial resources and extended community, we endeavor to gift everyone with something they can enjoy and feel special to receive.
OPTUS SIM Cards
With Gratitude: A Step Toward Connection
As our participants take the step of reintegrating into the community, they often face significant challenges. Every small support can make a meaningful difference.
We’re grateful to share that the first SIM card was given out and activated with client TG. He expressed heartfelt thanks, sharing how important this connection is to him, especially in being able to reach his family.
This moment reflects the core purpose of the program: to help vulnerable individuals reconnect with essential services and support networks.
No more Moonas
“Moonas” is a common term in the Aboriginal community for head lice.
One middle aged lady with extremely long hair suffers from Psoriasis. She reported back that her hair was now clean from lice and it didn’t irritate her skin.
Many conversations were had about the different methods we have used in the past it kill the lice. Cheap conditioner, combing, Aunties spending hours on kids hair, and of course my least favourite being kerosene.
Back to School Back Packs
“I just wanted to send a huge thank you for the back-to-school backpack my daughter, Maya*, received. Honestly, it’s a massive help. Getting all the supplies at once is always a financial stressor this time of year, and the quality of the backpack and the supplies inside is fantastic. I was surprised by the products that are in the backpack, the headlice treatment will be so handy and helpful as we always seem to struggle with them. She was so excited about the new colored pencils! It truly makes a difference, and we really appreciate the community’s support in making sure she starts the year ready to learn.”
Care Package Program
“Adding The QV Wash at such a reduced rate will be an incredible for our Care Package Program. The savings mean we can put thousands of dollars back into our Wellness Programs, directly supporting cancer patients and enhancing the services we provide at the Liverpool Wellness Centre.” Antoinette Sulfaro – Founding Director
Warm Winter Long Sleeve Women’s Tops
We provided these jumpers for our families at the beginning of winter, the day I received them, I was able to provide them to straight out of the box to some of our Mum’s (they were very grateful as it was an extremely cold day) The rest we added to our stand at the front of our Children’s Centre along with second hand items.
An early Christmas for animals and children
Our animal rescue recently received a generous donation of dog toys, cat toys, bin bags, and Chux wipes. These items were distributed across our incredible foster network, ensuring that animals in care had toys to play with and enrichment to brighten their days. The toys have been a huge hit, bringing joy, stimulation and comfort to pets waiting for their forever homes. The cleaning supplies were also appreciated by foster carers, helping them manage the inevitable mess that comes with caring for animals. This thoughtful donation has made a real difference in supporting both our foster families and the animals they nurture.
Taree Flood Relief
Jane Davis, President of the Manning River Agricultural & Horticultural Society Taree was very appreciative of the donations and support they received after the devastating floods on the North Coast in May this year.
She says, “The generosity and kindness shown have truly touched our hearts and provided us with the much-needed resources to begin the process of rebuilding and recovery. Your kindness and generosity have made a significant difference in our ability to overcome this adversity, and we will always remember your kindness.”
