Building Brighter Futures

I have been constantly running out of data, this has stopped me being able to message people, new job contacts and has made it hard to be contactable when it is really important. It’s especially hard to contact my family who are some distance away.
The reliable Optus data will provide me with consistency as I navigate my way through casual jobs and help me with my budget.

Goods for a Variety of Aid
These items go a long way to helping people in need in a variety of situations. Large quantities of new items are hard to come by for a charity like ours that is 100% volunteer run & unfunded. The items tend to go out as fast as they come in as the need for aid is skyrocketing.
Clothing for all
These clothes are going to make me feel like a new person. I am recovering from a serious health scare and now trying to get my health and life back on track and just having some new clothes will make me feel brighter and better.
I am so very grateful for the clothing support given to me today, I am going to feel like a million bucks.
I am so happy and blessed to have such caring people in my community, I am struggling to prepare for my new baby and do not have much family support around me, plus I am on limited income so I have been so worried how I am going to be ready for my new arrival.

Bottles for Babies entering Out of Home Care
We rarely get direct feedback from the recipients of our Suitcases as we have no contact with them. We provide our Suitcases of Hope to the Victorian Child Support Agencies and they give them to the children they are placing in Out of Home care.

Self Care Packs
What an amazing and generous donation made by Good360. With the help of this donation, we were able to provide every student in our school with their very own ‘self-care’ pack. It made the children feel very special and especially allowed for some of our most vulnerable children to be able to take ownership of their own self-care at home. Without the help of Good360 and their generous donors, we would not be able to provide such a significant and impactful gift for our students.
Basic care packs providing a fresh start
“We are so grateful for the generous donations from Good360 that made putting together our basic care packs (BCP’s) possible. From the mini conditioners and body wash to the warm beanies, gloves and winter accessories. Every item was thoughtfully received and carefully packed to support women accessing emergency assistance due to domestic and family violence. Our BCP’s are more than just essentials, they offer comfort, dignity and a reminder that someone cares during a deeply difficult time.”

I had always thought bobby pins were for hair but one recipient of our Mother’s Day table asked, “May I please have some bobby pins? I used them for my macrame. It makes it so much easier to thread the beads onto the thread.” She was so excited!

Warsaw Free Family Fun Day
On behalf of the team at People Matters Hackham West, I would like to thank you and your team for your amazing participation in our Warsaw Free Family Fun Day on March 28. It was a great day and very much enjoyed by our community. The feedback has been fantastic and your team can take credit for contributing to that community spirit, appreciation and enjoyment.
