The donated items we received from which were donated by LEGO, Hasbro were distributed to students at our school through our Positive Points Reward System. This program encourages and reinforces our school’s values of Excellence, Respect, and Responsibility by awarding students points when they demonstrate positive behaviour. All students are able to earn points from staff and teachers. Once they accumulate enough points, they can redeem them for rewards of their choice, which in this case included the donated items. This makes sure we have a fair and inclusive approach, where every student has the same opportunity to participate and be rewarded for their positive actions and behaviour. By connecting our rewards to positive behaviour and actions, it strengthens our school culture, these items aren’t just toys but a celebration of personal growth and achievement.
