When choosing between buying milk and bread or a t-shirt, clothing gets put on hold. Some families are living on $20 per week to feed three people.

Great Cricket Balls!
A huge thank you for the amazing cricket balls! Our students had the opportunity to use them while preparing for their upcoming cricket tournament, and they couldn’t have been happier with the quality. The equipment made a real difference in their training, allowing them to refine their skills and build confidence ahead of the competition. We truly appreciate the support—it has had a positive impact on both their preparation and enthusiasm for the game!
So much fun!
Our school was so fortunate to receive PlayDoh sets and Peppa Pig alphabet cases from Hasbro and Chux Multipurpose Super Cloths from Chlorox. Our Prep students love using the PlayDoh and alphabet cases during their learning! While unpacking the new goods comments heard included “These are soooo cool”, “Can we play now?” and “I love these!”. Our students thought they were so lucky to receive these brand new goods.
Lots and lots of whiteboard writing!
“We never have this many whiteboard markers!”, “It must be Christmas”, “I will be able to write lots and lots and lots!” were some of the comments made by students when they discovered our large shipment of whiteboard markers! Our older student have whiteboard topped desks and use these to work out math, test spelling words and jot down notes so lots and lots of whiteboard markers are required. Our younger students also use individual whiteboards.
Perfect resources for our students!
“”it’s amazing to have new fine liners to use to complete our work!”, “How awesome are these!”, and “These pens are the best ever!” are some of the many comments we have received from students when the fine liners have been distributed. It has been so nice for our kids to have an alternative to the usual blue pens and grey lead pencils. Students have been encouraged to produce their best work while using their new stationary.
What a record haul!
“Check this out!” and “oh wow!” have been common things heard when students have been reading our brand new set of Guinness Book of Records. Our students have been totally absorbed recording all the amazing facts and records contained in this wonderful book. We never have the funds to purchase class sets of books so the opportunity to obtain so many enable our students to read the same text together at the same time. We want to give our students physical books rather than screens to instil the love of reading which will last a lifetime.
Bringing Families Together Through the Joy of Play
The donation of toys has brought joy and meaningful moments to children and families engaged with Uniting’s Family Preservation & Reunification Response Program.

Brighter holidays for Gippsland children.
Many of the families we assist at Christmas time are facing huge financial strain and we are able to assist them with providing gifts for the Children to help ease a bit of that. We have received wonderful feedback, and it can really make a difference.
Big Lego giveaway for foster families
Thank you to Good360 for donating the Lego. We had a lot of fun building the Lego creation as a family – we all contributed and it made for a lot of laughter and joy. There are not many activities which capture the interest of all age groups! Our little one is now getting the most enjoyment out of dreaming up fairytale stories to play in the castle.
Bringing Hope Through Education: Thank You, Good360 and BIC
Teachers have shared stories of students who now eagerly engage in lessons, no longer borrowing or going without. One student, who previously avoided written work due to a lack of supplies, is now proudly completing assignments—something his teacher had never seen before.
