Our small educational program recently received an order of LEGO®, and it is one of the popular incentives we use for our students. To make the most of this opportunity, we introduced a “Lego Points” system that encourages positive behaviour, active participation, and consistent effort across classroom activities. Students can earn Lego Points in a variety of ways—showing good behaviour, engaging in learning tasks, completing their work, supporting classmates, and demonstrating persistence. Each achievement, big or small, helps them move closer to their personal points goal. Once a student reaches the required number of points, they have the opportunity to choose a LEGO set to take home. This reward not only motivates them to stay focused and put forward their best effort, but also gives them a tangible sense of accomplishment. Many students feel incredibly proud when they finally reach their goal and select a set they’ve been working hard for. The program has already brought a lot of joy, motivation, and positive energy into our learning environment, and we hope it continues to inspire our students.
