Wendy lead this game with our seniors. Mr F. who lives alone, strived on one to one interactions and this dominos game gave him the opportunity to join our staff member at playing it. he was putting effort in counting the dots, handling the pieces and playing the game. he showed real interest and said i am so happy i can remember counting. the staff member fed back that this game not only promoted cognitive skills, but helped with social skills too and motor skills though some seniors struggles with holding the pieces at times due to arthritis
