Over 90% of our supported employees have an intellectual disability, and recognising their achievements in their supported workplace is something very special to share with them. Each year we hold a award ceremony that does exactly this. As many of our supported employees are limited in financial resources and extended community, we endeavor to gift everyone with something they can enjoy and feel special to receive.
